Advise and assist the Principal in managing the training of undergraduates such as full-time students, part-time students including: develop objectives, training program, implement, inspect and supervise the teaching activities.

-Assist the Principal to determine the training objectives of majors, develop strategic training plans in terms of scale, training methods, training types, training quality, etc. of the University

-Organize the implementation of training regulations, legal documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Government.
